SUBSTANCE: this control device has a first and a second power terminals connected respectively with positive and negative poles of constant voltage source, two terminals to connect the electromagnet winding, one of which is connected to a resistor, a diode, in accordance with the claimed invention, the second terminal of the resistor is connected to the second power terminal and to diode anode, the other terminal for connecting the electromagnet winding is connected to the cathode of the diode and through the semiconductor key with the first power terminal, wherein the device further comprises a microcontroller with analog-digital converter, analog and discrete inputs, a discrete output, the first analog input of which is connected to the terminal of the resistor connected to the terminal for connecting the electromagnet winding, a stabilized unit for powering the microcontroller, a resistive divider connected to the second analog input of the microcontroller for stabilizing power of thermal losses in electromagnet winding in holding mode with power supply voltage change, a discrete output of the microcontroller is connected to the semiconductor key.

EFFECT: increase of performance, increase of electromagnet service life and their driven main contacts.
