SUBSTANCE: method comprises the following stages: receiving the first cell of the downlink control information and a corresponding error detection code for the downlink control information from the base station, wherein the error detection code for the downlink control information is scrambled by the base station with the target cell identifier associated with at least one target cell, for which the time division duplex (TDD) configuration must be applied; determining the identifier used to scramble the error detection code for the downlink control information; determining the TDD configuration from the downlink control information if a specific identifier is an identifier of the target cell; determining at least one target cell to which the mentioned specific TDD configuration must be applied, from the target cell identifier used to scramble the error detection code for the downlink control information. The mobile station is configured by the TDD configuration by default, wherein the method additionally comprises the following stages: applying a specific TDD configuration for n+m radio frames, applying the TDD configuration for n+m+1 radio frames by default, where m>=1, and n is associated with a radio frame in which the downlink control information and the error detection code are received by the mobile station.

EFFECT: ensuring adaptation of the upperlink, downlink configuration with the time division to different traffic situations.
