FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: peptide dinorphine A (1-13) dissolved in physiological sodium chloride solution is parenterally administered to the experimental animal after liver resection. The peptide dose is 20.1 mcg/kg of body weight. Administration is carried out five times with an interval of 24 hours between injections, starting with the day of partial hepatectomy.
EFFECT: stimulation of reparative liver regeneration and restoration of its functional activity in case of liver tissue resection.
