FIELD: experimental oncology.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to experimentally study the possibility of stimulating the process of liver regeneration in animals after removing a part of it. The invention relates to oncology, namely to experimental oncology, and can be used to study in an experiment the possibility of stimulating the process of liver regeneration in animals after removing part of it. To do this, the left lobe of the liver is first removed from the rats and after 24 hours the animals get freshly isolated mitochondria from the liver of intact rats injected at the rate of 11.4 mg of protein per 1 animal in 0.5 ml of saline intraperitoneally for two weeks according to the scheme 5 days of administration — 2 days break.

EFFECT: invention provides acceleration of the process of liver regeneration after its resection.
