SUBSTANCE: method of forming a coating on the surface of the petrochemical coating equipment part by the method of high-speed gas-flame spraying involves activation of the surface of the component by the mechanical action of accelerated abrasive particles in the process of abrasive blasting, the choice of the optimum spraying mode of the coating material, which is carried out according to the structural factor of the coating, providing its porosity is not more than 1% and the gas permeability is up to 8-10 atmospheres in helium atmosphere, supply of the applied coating material to the burner fixed on the manipulator, rotating 360 degrees, forming a single-layer thickness of the functional coating 410±10 mcm by spray the coating during the motion of the burner or the formation of a heterogeneous multilayer functional coating thickness of 410±10 mcm by layer coating during the motion of the burner, wherein the thickness of the functional layer providing an increase in adhesion to the base material is not more than 200 mcm, and control of the spraying regime by means of test equipment supporting the pressure in the combustion chamber of the burner not less than 3 MPa and the degree of oxidizer excess of 0.6-1.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the adhesion of the coating to the base material, to increase corrosion-mechanical properties such as wear resistance, abrasion resistance, and corrosion resistance.
