FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for plasma-chemical treatment of complex shaped steel articles and can be used for protection of metal materials and articles, which can be exposed to solid particles in gas or liquid flows, as well as in chemically aggressive media. Method of producing a protective coating by forming a multilayer composite coating on a metal article involves successive deposition of a lower adhesive sublayer of nickel-aluminium powder by a plasma method, application of soil layer based on organic polymer composition and upper protective layer, wherein lower adhesion sublayer of coating with thickness of 40–60 mcm is applied by plasma spraying at subsonic mode from mix of metal powders of nickel-aluminium-zinc system containing, wt. %: obtained by melt spraying nickel powder PT-HA-0.1 - 40, aluminium powder - 30, zinc powder - 30, average ground layer with thickness of 20–40 mcm is applied by means of pneumatic spraying with compressed air from zinc-filled composition on epoxy, polyurethane or ethylsilicate base, and upper protective layer with thickness of 50–70 mcm is applied from self-fluxing alloy powder based on nickel PR-H70Kh17S4R4 by plasma spraying in supersonic mode.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of physical and mechanical and protective properties of composite coatings.
