HYDRAULIC FRACTURING PUMP MESSAGING AND IDENTIFICATION Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC B67D7/00

Abstract RU 2636368 C2

FIELD: mining engineering.

SUBSTANCE: manifold trailer and connection system are disclosed. The connection system has a long-term machine-readable medium storing the code executed by the processor. The code executed by the processor causes the processor to obtain identification data characterizing the first low pressure valve and the second low pressure valve connected to the low pressure manifold of the manifold trailer; to obtain identification data characterizing the first high-pressure valve and the second high-pressure valve connected to the high pressure manifold of the manifold trailer; and to obtain identification data characterizing a plurality of pumps. The processor determines a first association characterizing the first fluid connection between the first low pressure valve and the selected pump and a second association characterizing the second fluid connection between said selected pump and the selected high-pressure valve. The processor fills the long-term machine-readable medium with information characterizing the first and the second association.

EFFECT: increased efficiency.
