SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technological processes. The apparatus for transmitting notifications alerting of a hazard applying discrete-input channels comprises a field apparatus for controlling the technological process of the technological set, provided with a digital valve controller. The digital controller comprises an apparatus for monitoring a parameter of the technological process; an emergency signal detector; an emergency state setter; a discrete-output channel and a host apparatus. The host apparatus has a discrete-input channel for receiving an emergency signal notification and a status notification from the digital valve controller.
EFFECT: transmission of notifications is improved.
