SUBSTANCE: cover comprises the first component (12a) and the second component (12b), the first component is connected or configured to be connected to the second component, and to be removed therefrom. The cover (10) is movable at the first opening from the first position, in which the components are in the first relative position, to the second position in which they are in the second relative position. The cover (10) comprises means for prevention of components return to the first position. The cover (10) comprises a releasably removable retaining member (27) which secures the first and second components (12a, 12b) together so that the said element (27) must be removed before these components are separated from each other.
EFFECT: increased reliability.
