FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: pack of ring springs consists of outer and inner circular elastic conical disc. Two spherical segments are made on each disk. Disks are placed between a base and a cover. The base is made in form of cylindrical sleeve on which one of inner disks rests. The cover is made in form of a bushing of T-shaped section with a through hole. The other inner disk rests on the horizontal shelf of the cover. Inner disks are mounted on the cover and the base through vibration damping rings. Outer and inner disks are made in form of truncated conical surfaces and have three radial slots. The slots are directed from the smaller base to the larger one. Each of the radial slots terminates in a stress relief opening. On the base, there is an additional baffle damping element in the form of a truncated cone. Screen damper is fixed on the cover which base is made in form of a plate with fastening holes. Lower washer is connected to the base of the damper. Upper pressure washer is connected to the centrally located ring enclosed by coaxially arranged ring connected with the base. Additional resilient element is positioned between the lower end of the piston and the sleeve bottom.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode.
