FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. System of lower and upper lever arms in the form of a diamond is installed between the object of protection and the exciter of oscillations. Main spring and the base damper are installed along the small diagonal. Parallel to them, additional dampers are installed on both sides, connected by sliding connections and regulated by the control unit. Main spring is made of a ring cone and consists of successively alternating annular elastic cone disks of larger and smaller diameters, placed between the base and the cover. Edges of discs are bent in opposite directions along radius providing connection. Each disk comprises three radial slots directed from larger to smaller base. Each of the radial slots is ended by hole for stress relieving. Inner discs and their spherical segments lateral surfaces are covered with polyurethane. Base surface is covered with a layer of friction material. On the lid the mesh damper base is fixed, containing three intermediate vibration damping layers. Mesh element is arranged on lower washer and locked by upper pressure washer. Ring connected with top washer is surrounded by ring connected to base of gauze damper.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of vibration isolation.
