FIELD: vibration isolation systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the vibration isolation systems. Vibration isolation system contains elastic elements and L-shaped levers, on which the protection object is hinged. With one arm the levers rest against the elastic elements, and with the other two arms are interconnected by the spring. Each of the elastic elements, on which the protection object rests, is made in the form of successively alternating annular resilient cone disks of larger and smaller diameters placed between the base and the cover. Discs edges are bent in the opposite directions along the connection providing radius. Each disc contains three radial grooves with the hole. Internal discs and spherical segments side tapered surfaces are coated with polyurethane. To the cover the mesh damper base is fixed, which is made in the form of plate and contains three intermediate vibrating damping layers. Mesh element is arranged on lower washer and fixed by the upper pressure washer. Connected to the upper washer ring, is covered by the ring connected to the mesh damper base.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the vibration isolation efficiency due to increase in the dissipative forces value in the resonance operation modes.
