SUBSTANCE: method is based on the use of a two-shaft interconnection system. The two-shaft interconnection system has an input shaft (1) and an output shaft (2) interconnected by gears. A wheel (7) is fixed on the output shaft (2). On the wheel (7), there are axes (11) configured for rotation. The gears (4 and 5) are fixed on axes (11). During shaft rotation (1), a gear (12) fixed on the shaft (1) rotates gears (4). The gears (5) rotate together with the gears (4). When the shaft is rotating (2), the wheel (7) rotates together with axes (11), and gear (6) receives additional torque through the gear (5). The gear (6) adds or subtracts angular velocities of the shafts (1, 2). A bevel gear (6) is fixed on a gear (8). The torque from gear (8) through a bevel gear (9) is transmitted to a shaft (3). When the shaft (1) and the shaft (2) are rotated in different directions, the angular velocities are subtracted. The resulting speed on the shaft (3) and rotation direction will depend on the ratio of gear diameters. The variation of speed difference between the shaft (1) and the shaft (2) entails a speed change on the shaft (3).
