FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to motor transport washing machines. Proposed plant comprises intake filter, suction pipe, check valve, pump unit, ejector connected with bypass pipe at pump unit inlet, flotation chamber with filter and filter bed ply. Protective screen is arranged at ejector inlet to prevent clogging of ejector nozzle. Note here that said ejector has two unions, one to feed reagent solution connected to metering pump and another one to atmospheric air inflow. Note here that both unions have check valves. Note also that ejector is connected with two-stage saturator, second stage of which including pressure gage and discharge line connected with common pipeline. Note that said stage is connected via check valve with distribution manifold via nozzles arranged at flotation chamber bottom. The latter includes scraper mechanism, flute and overflow tube connected with filter top section. Filter has adsorbing filter bed retained by support and pressure frames. Every said nozzle consists of case with screw aligned with nozzle case bottom. Case top part union has cylindrical fluid feed hole. The latter communicates with diffuser axially symmetric with case and union. Screw is inserted into case to make cylindrical chamber above said screw and aligned with diffuser and communicated therewith. Note here that screw has central throttling bore while screw outer surface represents a single-start helical groove made inside said casing. Note also that helical groove outlet communicated with outlet conical chamber whereto plate sprayer is jointed. Said baffle consists of, at least, two parallel plates arranged perpendicular to said casing. First plate has central hole with diameter equal to that larger hole of outlet conical chamber. Second solid plate is secured to the first one by at least three fasteners. The latter comprises screw, nut and spacer washer to be fitted between plates for clearance adjustment.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of cleaning.
