FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: auger centrifuge with solid rotor and at least one or more drain gates for draining purified liquid from a drum having a rotation axis (D) and a rotation direction (K) and comprises at least one or more outlet holes in the drum cover. At least one outlet opening in each cover is conjugated with a gate plate having a recess. The outlet hole in the recess is provided with an opening drain chute by means of which the offset is implemented parallel from axis direction (D), essentially in the drum rotation direction along the circumference opposite to the rotation direction (K). The drain chute is arranged so that drain liquid is directed over the drain chute bottom up to an overflow edge. In the overflow edge location, the drain chute bottom is inclined inward towards the rotation axis (D) up to the overflow edge at inclination angle δ≥0 relative to tangential direction (T).

EFFECT: increased energy recovery efficiency, contamination prevention.
