SUBSTANCE: device for volatile matter vapouration comprises the container with liquid volatile matter. This container has the opening (10) and also vapour-permeable membrane (1) and the stratified material (2) that are connected together. The noted stratified material (2) is made of the thermoplastic, which has the capillary or void structure and the strength of which is suitable for this material to serve a function of the substrate for the membrane (1) reinforcement. A part of the container in a circumferential direction round the noted opening (10) is made of the thermoformed plastic material. The container opening is closed by the noted vapour-permeable membrane (1) and the stratified material (2), at the same time, the stratified material (2) is welded onto the thermoformed container part. Upon that, on the container internal surface and on the container perimetrical edge (11) round the opening (10) there is a film of the encapsulating material (7), which is compatible with the stratified material.

EFFECT: invention prevents the fluid leak from the container outwards while the device is in vertical functioning position.
