FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method includes taking of a fibula autotransplant on a supply vascular bundle, mandible branch and body formation therefrom, autotransplant connection with mandible stumps and imposition of anastomoses between the recipient vessels and autotransplant vessels, two vertical subperiosteal osteotomies of the jaw body formed are carried out to obtain a fragment located on the common vascular bundle, this fragment is put down under the jaw body formed, the jaw body continuity is restored, the fragment is fixed as a bone tissue reserve for future use in corrective interventions.
EFFECT: method allows to create a bone tissue reserve on the restored section of the mandible maintaining the vascular bundle, give a future opportunity to implement the correction of retarded restored mandible section without additional application of other donor areas.
