FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to maxillofacial surgery. At the initial stage, after clinical and laboratory examination, individually modelled stereolithographic surgical template for osteotomy and modelling of autograft with positioned positions of dental implants and individually modelled navigation template for installation of dental implants. At the next, surgical stage, two teams of surgeons work simultaneously. First team prepares the recipient region by dissecting soft tissues in the projection of the defect of the upper or lower jaw, resection of the jaw within the limits of healthy tissues and extraction of recipient vessels. Second team, according to the surgical template, performs the autograft sampling on the vascular pedicle and its modelling by forming, with pilot drills in accordance with positioned positions, a dental implant bed, then vascular ligation and dissection of autograft from feeding vessel are performed, autograft is transferred into prepared recipient area and fixed, wound in donor area is closed in layers. At microsurgical stage, anastomoses are applied and blood flow is triggered, then, in accordance with the navigation template for the dental implants installation, the dental implant beds are formed, expanding the dental implant beds previously formed with the pilot drill. Thereafter, dental implants are placed in the formed beds, a gingival cuff is formed, the surgical wound is drained and closed in layers.
EFFECT: invention is intended for use in rehabilitation of patients with extensive jaw defects.
