SUBSTANCE: tool holder for fixing the medical appliances to the hinged arm includes the body, the holding device for fixing the medical appliances made on the body, and the connecting device for mounting the body on the hinged arm made on the body. The holding device has the fixing groove adapted to the medical facility part, configured to receive the specified part of the tool, and the elastic stretch bar, configured to be mounted on the body in such a way that, in order to hold the tool, it tightens the fixing groove together with the tool part, located in the fixing groove. In this case the mounting groove is performed in the fixing element, made of the elastic material, that is located in the mounting hole, performed in the body. The hinged arm system includes the hinged arm, the medical appliance, preferably the endoscope, and the above mentioned tool holder for fixing the medical appliances to the hinged arm.

EFFECT: inventions make it possible to provide the certain flexibility during the orientation of the medical appliance, installed in the tool holder without the necessity to move the hinged arm itself.
