SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medical equipment, namely to holder of instrument for fastening medical instrument on articulated arm with body and connective element for installation of body on articulated arm. Instrument holder for fastening medical instrument on articulated arm contains body, fixing device for fixation of medical instrument on body and connective element for installation of body on articulated arm. Fixing device contains provided with outer thread rod, made in zone of the first contact surface, made on body, receiving disk and blocking element. Receiving disk has through hole, the second contact surface and receiving groove. Disc is put on threaded rod by means of through hole with possibility of rotation around threaded rod. The second contact surface in position when receiving disc is put ion threaded rod, faces the first contact surface. Receiving groove is made for reception of part of medical instrument on the side of receiving disc reverse relative to the second contact surface. Blocking element is provided with internal thread. Blocking element, when its internal thread interacts with outer thread of threaded rod, covers receiving groove at least partly. This results in fixation of the said part of medical instrument in receiving groove, with tightening with respect to receiving disk to provide fitting with forced closure of both contact surfaces. On receiving disc made is rim, projecting from the edge of receiving disc from the side and is made for fixation of U-shaped part of medical instrument between it and body. Medical assisting device contains articulated arm, at least one medical instrument and instrument holder mentioned above.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to hold medical instrument in a certain position for a long time in simple and stable way without the aid of medical personnel.
