FIELD: epoxy binders.
SUBSTANCE: creating epoxy binders for the production of structural PCMs based on fibrous reinforcing fillers with reduced flammability, processed using prepreg method, which can be used in aviation. An epoxy binder for creating prepregs, including a mixture of polyfunctional, low molecular weight epoxy and fire-resistant epoxy resins, thermoplastic polysulfone, latent hardener - dicyandiamide, curing accelerator - asymmetrically disubstituted urea, according to the invention, a polyfunctional epoxy resin selected from the homologous series of aminoepoxy orepoxy-novolak resins is used as a fire-resistant epoxy resins, an epoxy resin is used, selected from a number of bromine-containing or phosphorus-containing resins, a thermoplastic is used as a thermoplastic, selected from a number of polysulfones, and also contains an aromatic diamine hardener and a mixture of fire retardants, in the following ratio of components, wt.%: polyfunctional epoxy resin 20.0-26.5; fire-resistant epoxy 6.6-11.0; low molecular weight epoxy resin 28.3-37.0; thermoplastic 4.0-7.0; accelerator unsymmetrically disubstituted ureas 0.3-1.0; latent hardener dicyandiamide 3.0-4.3; hardener aromatic diamine 6.5-8.2; phosphorus-containing flame retardant 7.0-15.4; flame retardant hydroxide of alkaline earth metals 4.0–9.9. A prepreg is also described, including the above epoxy binder and fibrous filler, in the following ratio, wt.%: epoxy binder 30.0-50.0; fibrous filler 50.0-70.0. A product is made by direct pressing, vacuum or autoclave molding of the above prepreg.
EFFECT: increase in the process viability of the epoxy binder and prepregs based on it at processing and molding temperatures, an increase in thermomechanical properties, and a decrease in the smoke emission index during combustion and pyrolysis of polymer composite materials.
