FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: lubricating device comprises a pair of resilient grease-retrieving plates installed at each end of the gear ring of each gear wheel, radially disposed to the wheel and secured with alternate contacting with the end and side surfaces of the teeth of the toothed crown on the bracket fixed by means of a hinge, with the possibility of rotation around its axis, on a base fixed relative to the rotating wheel. Plates in the direction of the ring gear are separated relative to each other according to the "dovetail" scheme. Rotation of the console, with any direction of rotation of the wheel, at the same angle in both directions according to the standard between the axis of the console and the gear crown is provided by means of a drive. For each one direction of rotation of the wheel, one of the plates is pressed against the gear rim, and a gap is formed between the second plate and the gear rim. And with each direction of rotation of the wheel, pressed is the second plate under the account, relative to the teeth of the toothed rim on the plates.
EFFECT: increase the quality of toothed gear lubrication.
