FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: lubricating device for toothed gear comprises resilient plates disposed pairwise from both ends of the toothed rim of each wheel of the toothed gear, with the possibility of contacting the end and side surfaces of the teeth of this toothed rim and fixed on consoles oriented radially to this wheel and fixed by hinges on a stationary base relative to the wheel. The consoles mounted with the possibility to rotate around its axis in both sides, for which the consoles are equipped with reversible controlled drives, interlocked with the drives of the wheels. Each pair of plates on the console is fixed according to the "dovetail" scheme, with the moving the plates towards the end of the toothed rim. The drive sets to the plates three fixed positions. The two extreme positions of the plates with the toothed rim contact one of a pair of plates, the second one relative to the teeth of the toothed rim of the rotating wheel incoming on the plates. In the third position, both plates are positioned symmetrically relative to the normal between the axis of the console and the toothed rim, with the formation of a gap between each plate and end of the toothed rim.

EFFECT: increase the quality of the toothed gear lubrication process.
