FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: tooth-weel contains a body, a toothing with the teeth and a pair of the annular linings reinforced at the ends of the teeth and at the areas of the body ends adjacent to the tooth ring. Each tooth is formed of a pair of plates, on the profile of the curved tooth, calculated for the wheel, to form working portions of the tooth flanks and gaps between the body and wheels in place of non-working sections missing tooth flanks. Between the plates located symmetrically them U-shaped member with a gap and equidistant from them, with a gap relative circumferential toothing vertices and with gaps relative to the gear body. Between the horizontal part of the body member and the wheel axis of symmetry of the tooth bridge is located, whose width equals the tooth width between the annular fixed plates.
EFFECT: improving the quality of the gear wheel lubrication.
