SUBSTANCE: machine is made on the basis of a lifting mechanism with a steel rope, and contains a material grasping mechanism (1) for grasping the material to grasp the material in mine car (6), a lifting mechanism (2) connected to the material grasping mechanism (1) and controlling the lifting mechanism (1), a rotary support mechanism (3) connected to the lifting mechanism (2) and used to control the rotation of material grasping mechanism (1) in a horizontal plane, and a translation mechanism (5) used to fix the rotation support mechanism and movement in vertical and horizontal directions. Hydraulic pump station (4), containing a power source, is located on the translation mechanism (5).
