FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: grease lubricant composition containing a base oil and a soap based on a calcium complex as a thickener where a substituted or unsubstituted straight-chain higher fatty monoacid containing from 18 to 22 carbon atoms, an aromatic monoacid containing a substituted or unsubstituted benzene ring and a straight-chain saturated lower monoacid selected from acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid or combinations thereof, characterized by a high dropping point, are used as fatty acids in the soap based on a calcium complex. A method for producing the grease lubricant composition is proposed, comprising the stage of producing the soap based on a calcium complex by adding a straight-chain higher fatty monoacid, an aromatic monoacid, a straight-chain saturated lower monoacid and a calcium hydroxide to the base oil.
EFFECT: improved lubricant composition lifetime, increased oil separation.
