FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to method of obtaining composition of metal-complex lubricating grease, which includes the following stages: (i) preparation of suspension, containing basic oil, water, metal-containing base and complexing reagent, where weight ratio water:solid substance in suspension is in the range from 0.15 to 1.5:1; (ii) application of shearing force to suspension with frequency of shearing force at least 1000000 s-1; (iii) addition of suspension, obtained at stage (ii), to saturated or unsaturated fatty acid C10-C24 or its derivative to realise saponification process, with saponification process being carried out at temperature at least 80°C; (iv) removal of water from saponification product, formed at stage (iii); (v) heating product, obtained at stage (iv), to temperature in the range from 190°C to 230°C and (vi) cooling product, obtained at stage (v), to temperature in the range from 200 to 150°C, with obtaining composition of metal-complex lubricating grease. Claimed invention also relates to lubricating grease composition.
EFFECT: elaborating method of obtaining lubricating grease with reduced total duration of periodic process, as well as with increased process efficiency and productivity.
