FIELD: blasting operations.

SUBSTANCE: in the stamp with a rotary table bearing matrices with extractable axial rod, in prepared matrices the cylindrical bodies are mounted under the charge with a cardboard cylindrical shell, the metered bulk material is charged, then it is compacted in layers with punch and the finished product is discharged from the dismountable pressing tool. The consistent compacting in layers of the metered material is carried out on one position of the adjustable stroke of the punch, for which after the compacting operations of the intermediate layers of pyrotechnic compositions the rotary table is reversed for one stroke for charging another dose of the bulk material.

EFFECT: unification of safe compacting of various multilayer pyrotechnic charges on one working position of the compact stamp with precision accuracy of the pressing tool and with a minimal number of rotary positioning.
