SUBSTANCE: tread bracelet (1) of the tire comprises longitudinal and transverse grooves (3, 4) bounding blocks (5) protruding radially upward from the surface (2) of the base of the tread bracelet(1); and gutters (9) formed in at least some of the blocks (5) and extending radially inwardly from the upper surface (8) of the corresponding block (5) forming the rolling surface of the tread bracelet (1). Each gutter (9) has a wavy configuration (W1, W2, W3) when viewed from the corresponding block (5) in any one of the three mutually perpendicular planes (XY, ZX, YZ) formed by the longitudinal axis (x), the transverse axis (y) and the radial axis (z).
EFFECT: increase the stiffness of the tire tread without degrading the quality of its adhesion to the snow surface.
