FIELD: nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method includes receiving suspension by mixing the first emulsion containing a resin, optionally a wax, a dye, optionally a surfactant, optionally a coagulant and one or more additional additives, heating the suspension to obtain the aggregated particles in the suspension, while the aggregated particles form a core of toner particles, formation of a latex sheath surrounding the core, formation of the second emulsion containing a monomer and a charge regulator, the second emulsion polymerization to produce polymerized filling particles with the size from about 350 to about 500 nm, and the inclusion of polymerized filling particle into the latex sheath. A toner particle is also reported.
EFFECT: obtaining the toner particles with controlled charge, particle size and structure.
