FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to toner particles, a process of its formation and to a method of imaging formation. The toner particles have a core and a shell. The core includes a crystalline resin in the amount from about 10% upto about 35%, and the shell includes an amorphous resin, with fully encapsulated core. The shell, basically, does not contain a crystalline resin. The shell's quantitative content is about 45% upto about 70% by toner particles weight. The minimum fusing temperature is from 80°C upto 140°C.
EFFECT: invention reduces the minimum fusing temperature of the toner, which is formed from these particles, due to the inclusion of more crystalline resin in the toner particles core.
