Target quality data is obtained by performing quality measurement of the target by the home device, and the home device includes a home device associated with the home management device or the home device is in the specified area where the home management device is located; and sending of the management information to the home management device according to the address information of the home management device when determining that the quality data of the target object shows the quality below the threshold value, while the operational information of the management device should prompt the user of the home management device to start the home equipment.
