SUBSTANCE: method is proposed which includes: determining whether a user needs to call a taxi based on at least data on normal behaviour and/or plan data; and when it is determined that the user needs to call a taxi, generating and issuing a taxi call order. In the present invention, the terminal device automatically generates and issues a taxi call order when it determines that the user needs to call a taxi. Thus, it is possible to initiate a taxi call service as early as possible and avoid delaying the user's plans.

EFFECT: creation of intelligent means providing a taxi call depending on the user's normal behaviour or user's plan data.
