FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: method includes receiving an application identifier of the service application and an unknown number sent from the calling terminal, the unknown number being a telephone number provided to the user by the service application and the calling terminal addressing the telephone application through the service application to call up an unknown number, receiving an application type, corresponding to the service application according to the application identifier, and labeling an unknown number according to the type of application. In this case, the step of labeling an unknown number according to the application type, includes estimating whether a user feedback label, corresponding to the unknown number, exists. The user feedback label is a feedback label of a user type of the unknown number that is received from the user at some point in the past. When the user feedback label, corresponding to the unknown number, does not exist, the unknown number is labeled using a membership label corresponding to the application type, and when the user feedback label, corresponding to the unknown number, exists, the unknown number is labeled using a user feedback label or membership label, and the membership label serves for labeling the user type of the unknown number. In addition, the step of labeling the unknown number using a user feedback label or membership label, corresponding to the application type, includes detecting whether the membership label is identical to the user feedback label. When the membership label is different from the user feedback label, the last user feedback label is received and they detect whether the length of time between the generation time of the user feedback label and the current time is longer than the predetermined time duration, and when the time duration between the generation time and the current time is longer than the predetermined duration of time, the unknown number is labeled using a membership label.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of labeling an unknown number.
