FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building. Vibration isolation system comprises base, supporting platform and two spring vibration isolators with equifrequential springs located between them. Lower spring flange is fixed at the resilient base, and the upper one is on the supporting plate. Vibration isolated object with variable process mass is fixed at the supporting plate by fastening elements. Platform is connected to support assemblies using the vertical and horizontal levers. Supporting units are fixed to the each vibration isolator support plate using adjusting rods with nuts. Nuts are rigidly fixing the bushings, rigidly connected to the supporting units horizontal levers. Between the rods and bushings bushing elastic-damping elements are placed. Inside the equal-frequency springs the elastic-damping devices are located. Their lower part is fixed on the equal-frequency spring elastic base, and the upper part is fixed on its supporting plate. Elastic base consists of alternating layers of sheet spring steel and layers of the vibration damping materials solid varieties, such as plasticate of “Agat”, “Antivibrite”, “Schwim” types. Below each elastic base mounted on the elastomeric rubber gaskets mesh dampers are placed.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the vibration isolation effectiveness.
