FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: in the method for predicting the emergency development during the accident at an explosive object, which consists in using a monitoring system with the processing of obtained information on the dangerous zone for making a decision on the prevention of emergency, a model of an explosive object is placed in the test box, and video cameras are placed around its inner and outer perimeters for video monitoring of the emergency development process during the accident at an explosive object modelled by installing an explosive fission element with an explosion initiator in the model. Video cameras are made in explosion-roof design, and video camera outputs via the internal cavity of inserts are connected with the block, by which the ongoing processes of the model process parameters change are recorded and registered, then using system of analyzers the recorded oscillograms of the ongoing processes of the explosive object model process parameters change are registered, and in ceiling part of the model the aperture is made, which is covered with the explosion-proof element free installed on three resilient rods, one end of each rod is rigidly fixed in the model ceiling, and on the another end the horizontal bar is secured, between the explosive fission element and aperture the three-coordinate explosion-proof pressure transmitter is installed, its output is connected with input of the recording and registration devices block, and at both sides from the pressure transmitter the temperature and humidity transmitters are installed, the monitor temperature-moisture mode of the model, whose outputs are also connected with input of the recording and registration devices block, and internal and external surfaces of the model guard are provided with glued on strain sensors, whose outputs are also connected with input of the recording and registration devices block, after processing of the obtained test data the information data base of the emergency development during accident at the explosive object is made, and mathematical model is prepared to predict prevention of the emergency during accident at the explosive object.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of protecting process equipment and people against emergency by means of predicting emergency development during accident at an explosive object.
