SUBSTANCE: composition comprises an active compound enclosed within the capsule, wherein the microcapsule has a wall containing a polyurea formed by the hydrolyzed polyisocyanate monomer and a crosslinking agent, wherein the crosslinking agent ia a reaction product of the hydroxide salt with the copolymerization product of styrene and maleic anhydride. The active compound can be an agricultural chemical, in particular, herbicide or an insecticide. To produce the microencapsulated active component, an aqueous phase is prepared containing a crosslinking agent, which is the reaction product of the hydroxide salt with the copolymerization product of styrene and maleic anhydride; production of the first water-immiscible organic phase containing the active ingredient intended for encapsulation, and the first polyisocyanate; dispersion of the first organic phase in the aqueous phase and provision of an opportunity for an interphase polymerization reaction occurring at the interface of the organic phase and the aqueous phase to form a polyurea shell having an active component encapsulated therein.
EFFECT: invention allows to realise the mentioned purpose.
