SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a perfume composition. An encapsulated perfume composition contains at least one core-shell microcapsule suspended in a suspending medium, where the specified at least one core-shell microcapsule contains a core containing at least one perfume ingredient and a shell surrounding or at least partially surrounding the core; the shell contains thermosetting resin formed by the reaction of shell-forming materials selected from a group consisting of monomers, prepolymers and/or pre-condensation products, and the encapsulated perfume composition contains a polymer stabilizer, which is a product of the reaction of a polymer surfactant and silane containing a functional group capable of forming covalent bonds with the shell. Methods for the production of an encapsulated perfume composition are also disclosed.
