FIELD: herbicides.

SUBSTANCE: herbicide composition comprises microcapsules suspended in an aqueous liquid that involve porous polymeric wall, clomazone and lipid or resin comprising products of copolymerization of styrene and maleic anhydride of molecular mass 100000-400000 Da. Method for preparing the indicated composition involves the following stages: (a) mixing water and lignosulfonate surface-active substance; (b) addition of solution containing clomazone, polyisocyanate, high-saturated lipid wherein at least 95% of indicated lipid is saturated lipid and, optionally, an organic solvent; (c) emulsification of solution; (d) addition of polyfunctional amine resulting to making microcapsules comprising the solution of clomazone and lipid. Method for preparing the indicated composition involves the following stages: (a) mixing water and emulsifying agent based on cross-linking resin; (b) addition of the solution containing clomazone and polyisocyanate and, optionally, high-saturated lipid wherein the indicated lipid shows the saturation degree at least 95% and an organic solvent; (c) emulsification of solution; (d) addition of polyfunctional amine resulting to making microcapsules comprising the solution of clomazone, solvent and, optionally, lipid. Invention relates also to methods for control of weeds that involve spraying a suspension for applying the effective dose of clomazone with herbicide activity on surface of taken are with weeds in order to suppress the growth of weeds.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness and valuable herbicide properties of clomazone.
