FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: rail (1) for supporting suspended ceiling structure is proposed, wherein said rake is made elongated in the longitudinal direction (L) and comprises at least two sections (5, 6) of sheet metal, arranged side by side or overlapping, in contact or tightly contiguous to one another along the longitudinal direction (L) or the longer side direction. In the rail, a transverse direction (T) or a shorter side direction passing transversely or intersecting the longitudinal direction (L) is determined. Both sections (5, 6) of sheet metal have notches (9) arranged, directed or extending along said transverse direction (T). The notches (9) form partially incised parts (10, 10A, 11, 11A). The pairs of the partially incised parts (10, 10A, 11, 11A) of the section (5, 6) of sheet metal are overlapped and shifted in pairs in the direction (DS) of thickness relative to an adjacent area of the corresponding section (5, 6) of sheet metal. Of each pair of the parts (10, 10A, 11, 11A), overlapped and shifted in the direction (DS) of thickness, a part (10, 10A, 11, 11A) of the section (5, 6) of sheet metal projects outside relative to the thickness (S) and forms a free zone in the thickness (S). At least a concave or curved profile of another partially incised part (10, 10A, 11, 11A) of the second of said sections (5, 6) of sheet metal is arranged, at least partially, in said free zone in the thickness (S) of one section (5, 6) of sheet metal, creating interaction between two sections (5, 6) of sheet metal in the transverse direction (T). Wherein the partially incised parts (10, 10A, 11, 11A) have a profile that is at least partially curved or concave along the transverse direction, if viewed in perspective. Each pair of the partly incised parts (10, 10A, 11, 11A) has corresponding non-incised central zones (13), forming a central line crossing the incisions (9) and connected with the rest of the section (5, 6) of sheet metal. A supporting structure of a suspended ceiling and a treatment method for a metal rail are also described.
EFFECT: preventing slipping of sheet metal parts.
