FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: drive includes a pipe (2) passing through the carriage housing (1), vertically mounted in supports (3) in the lower and the upper beams (4, 5) of the hoist, rollers (6) interacting with the pipe (2), arranged radially and inclined at the same angle to the pipe (2) axis with the ability to change the clamping force applied to the latter in proportion to the weight of a load transported on the platform connected with the carriage housing. The drive includes at least two equal-arm rockers (8) arranged diametrically around the pipe (2), located inside the carriage housing (1), provided with axes mirror-mounted in the rocker edges (8), crossing perpendicularly with the pipe axis (2). In the central part of one rocker, a groove is made on one side, and a projection on the opposite side, interacting with the projection and the groove of the other rocker, respectively. Within each arm of the rocker (8), at least eight rollers (6) are installed, by two pairs, one above the other, on axes rigidly fixed in the rocker edges, with the possibility of contact with the pipe (2) and retaining on its surface by means of stretching efforts of springs (14) attached to the ends of the axes (9) of the rockers (8). Changing the force of clamping the rollers (6) against the pipe (2) proportionally to the weight of the load by means of shackles (15) hinging the carriage body (1) with the rockers (8) and arranged at an angle to the horizontal plane.
EFFECT: creating a simple frictional drive of the hoist carriage, ensuring its long-term operation.
