FIELD: fastening units; mechanisms.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates mainly to stair lifts, moving along a guide line made in form of a round pipe joint. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the device for fastening the guide line of the stair lift, made in form of a joint of round pipes held by a rigid connection with the racks of the flight of stairs, is characterized by the fact that the fastening elements of the line to the racks are made in form of vertical brackets rigidly fixed to the racks through grooves in the wall of the bracket and a hole in the wall of the rack using a threaded connection, and embedded elements from a strip of metal, provided with holes on the periphery, made coaxially with the holes of the rack, in which the threaded elements in the form of welded nuts are rigidly fixed, while the brackets are mounted on the rack with the possibility of their adjustment in the vertical plane, the attachment points of the line to the racks are located in parallel pairs on the periphery of the vertical brackets, rigidly fixed to them with the end part through the grooves in the opposite wall of the bracket using a threaded connection with the possibility of adjusting the node fastenings when mounted in a horizontal plane, and with the opposite end part, are rigidly connected to the guide line, mainly by pulse welding in an annular magnetic field, and each attachment point of the line to the uprights is made in form of a stud with a shaped nut screwed onto it, the stud on one side is equipped with a thread for rigid fastening to the wall of the vertical bracket, and on the other hand, it has a profile end necessary for the correct flow of the pulse welding process, while the shaped nut is made in form of a combined hexagonal prism and a truncated cone with a through hole along the axis, the large step of which passes through the cone and is equal to the diameter studs, and in a smaller step of the hole to the height of the hexagon, a thread is made identical to the thread of the stud, and the technical result is achieved by the fact that the device for fastening the guide line of the stair lift, made in form of an joint of round pipes held by a rigid connection with racks of a flight of stairs, is characterized by the fact that the fastening elements of the main to the racks are made in form of two inclined brackets of the same configuration, each equipped with three grooves located on the centre line - two peripheral, for installing the main attachment points and one central for attaching inclined brackets to the rack through the grooves in the wall of the latter with the help of a threaded connection and an embedded element made in the form of a channel made of a bent profile, provided with holes on the periphery, made coaxially with the grooves of the rack, in which the threaded elements in form of welded nuts are rigidly fixed, while the inclined brackets are mounted on the rack with the possibility of their adjustment in two planes, vertical and inclined, intersecting at a certain angle.
EFFECT: increase of the strength of connection of the guide line with its fastening elements.
