FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: system of rotating electrical machine as a whole includes a rotating electrical machine disposed in the first chamber of the case and a semiconductor module disposed in the second chamber of the case and electrically connected to the rotating electrical machine. The rotating electrical machine comprises a stator attached to the inner circumferential surface of the first chamber and a rotor located with a possibility of rotation with respect to the stator. The system of rotating electrical machine additionally comprises a cooler disposed between the bottom part of the second chamber and the semiconductor module to cool the semiconductor module and the stator by means of a coolant that flows along the inner part of the cooler.
EFFECT: increasing the cooling efficiency.
