SUBSTANCE: foot orthosis contains a lower part (10), which has a sole (11) for a foot, and a tibial part (20), which imposed to the front shin when put on and is connected with the lower part (10) using a spring element (30), according to the invention, the spring element (30) extends medially and behind the malleolar region (40) forming a joint region (35), which allows the tibial part (20) to move relative to the lower part (10) in the anteroposterior direction, and tibial part (20) is a trough or bowl.
EFFECT: conditions for long serviceability, simple shoeing and easy placement on the sole.
