SUBSTANCE: data visualizing system is proposed that includes: a video source (100) with the possibility of dividing the first data to be rendered in one or more banner areas, into a plurality of fragments, and configured to output a plurality of fragments of the first data to be displayed and the output of the second data to be rendered as a background, a display (200) for visualizing the first and the second data. The display is adapted to scroll information in one or more banner areas, a data storage medium (800), and a scrolling means (300) for receiving the first and the second data from a video source, and adapted to capture fragments of the first data from a plurality of fragments and to store the captured fragments in the means of data storage. The scrolling means includes a combining means for combining the second data with the stored fragments of the first data, and the said scrolling means for transmitting the first and the second data to the display.
EFFECT: providing a data visualizing system, in which the scrolling of the image data is performed synchronously with the refresh rate of the display.
