FIELD: electronic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of controlling an electro-optical display having a plurality of display pixels. Multiple pixels of the display are divided into several groups. First signal is transmitted to first group of pixels and second signal to second group, wherein each of signals includes control section and edge cleaning section. First signal and the second signal overlap in time, but the second signal control section lags behind the control section of the first signal by at least one frame.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of flicker when updating display.
