SUBSTANCE: in the transmission device the transmission antenna is made multibeam composed of a radiating part and a beamformer with N inputs, with N=A/Δβ, where A is the solid angle, covering the specified region of data transmission Δβ - the beam width, power divider is additionally introduced, which has N outputs, N-1 delay line. The output of the power amplifier is connected with the input of the power divider, the first output of which is connected to the first input of the beamformer directly, and (n+1) output is connected via the n-th delay line, where the is with the corresponding input of the beamformer.

EFFECT: data transmission to the specified region of space by many rays with a delay of transmitted data in each beam relative to each other, that excludes the possibility of determining true coordinates of the carrier location by radio frequency emission of the device of data transmission by hyperbolic systems of the opposing party and reduces the effectiveness of countering the carrier.
