SUBSTANCE: method for uranium hexafluoride production involves cooling of hollow metal cylinders by feeding refrigerant to the cylinders, with uranium hexafluoride accumulation on the outer surface of the cylinders, while one part of the cylinders is cooled for up to 11 minutes, accumulating a layer of uranium hexafluoride on the outer surface of cylinders up to 1-2 mm, and the other part of cylinders is cooled for 28-40 minutes, accumulating a layer of uranium hexafluoride on the outer surface of cylinders up to 5 mm, and subsequent heating of the cylinders for 1.25-2 min from heat discharge of desublimate from the outer surface of the cylinders when the coolant is fed into the cylinders.
EFFECT: production of conglomerate particles of desublimate of various sizes of large and small fractions, increase density of the product and increase degree of transport tanks filling.
