FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of sumblimable materials, particularly, to equipment intended for sublimation/desublimation of silicon tetrafluoride or uranium hexafluoride. Desablimator comprises cylindrical heat-insulated case accommodating ring chamber for heat carriers and desublimation ring chamber, both being aligned with said case. Sublimation chamber is furnished with heater arranged on one of the walls and ring webs arranged with clearance relative to heated wall. Note that heated wall has webs with height making at least the width of aforesaid clearance between ring web and heated wall inside desublimation chamber. Said webs are made up of spirals or rings with cutouts arranged opposite each other in adjacent webs.
EFFECT: optimum filling of desublimator, high degree of vapor entrapping from vapor-gas mix.
