FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: first version of busway contains chassis with bracket for fastening busway to the building structure, made in the form of profile elements, located in the chassis solidified compound based on epoxy resins, located tilting to the chassis side walls and its bottom hook, at least two current-carrying conductors. Conductors and hooks are located in the solidified compound, wherein chassis in cross-section has a monolithic u-shaped form, formed by the bottom and side walls, between which hatch is made for entering conductors through it into the cavity of chassis when manufacturing busways. The chassis hatch is closed by lid with beadings covering side walls from outside, brackets are located on the lid and bottom, lid is made with hooks, located on the inner side of the lid in its middle part and corner areas, hooks of the lid are also located in solidified compound. The latter contains, by wt %: epoxy resin with a hardener 95-40 and graphite 5-60 in the form of a powder with particle sizes of 0.5-0.8 mm, intumescent upon heating.
EFFECT: obtaining various fire-resistant modifications of busway, made of unified parts.
